Problems Updating Secondary Sidebar

    I am using the Carrington Blog 2.2 Theme with WordPress 2.9.2 and am not able to get my secondary toolbar items to update based on any changes. For example, the Tag Cloud has not changed in months and I tried to remove it from the web page and the WordPress system is not removing it. There seems to be a problem b/w the theme and WordPress communication. Any thoughts?
