Gregory Blankenbehler There is a known bug with the use of the "popular posts" tag with the Arras theme. It causes the sidebars to be shifted down to the footer until the "popular post" tag is disabled. (The others work fine.)
I don't know if this has been noticed on any other themes or sites.
